Forouhar Yad Seal Company operates two fully independent production lines (traditional technology and modern Taiwanese & German technology) within a 6,500 m² facility. The company holds an operating license No. 27445 from Iran’s Ministry of Industry and Mines.

In 2021, the company acquired land to establish a Rubber Nano-Polymer Research Center, dedicating four years to R&D for the advancement of the seal industry in Iran. During this period, it successfully developed various rubbers, polymer adhesives, recycled adhesives, and rubber-to-metal bonding adhesives.

Specializing in the production of seals, the company also holds an official identification code for manufacturing seals in Iran’s Ministry of Industry and Mines and an “Iran Code.” Leveraging its long-term cooperation with top global seal manufacturers, access to advanced equipment, and premium raw materials, while relying on Iranian expertise, it has successfully produced nitrile-butadiene rubber nanocomposites (NNR) based on zinc oxide and titanium dioxide nanoparticles, FG rubber-to-metal bonding adhesive, and recycled butyl adhesive with its own proprietary formulation.

Through R&D and acquiring technical knowledge domestically, the company has resolved major needs, challenges, and shortages in this industry. It has also set up production lines with state-of-the-art machinery to further strengthen its progress.

Within a 500 m² machinery division, a team of skilled engineers designs and builds all modern equipment required for this industry.
